Cancellation terms

Short stays

For bookings of up to 13 nights:

• Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge, full refund
• Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price
• Later cancellation or no-show: 100 % of the total price

Long-stay and corporate bookings

Different terms apply to stays of 14 nights or more and to bookings made under corporate rates. We agree these individually and state them in the confirmation. As a rule we work with a notice period here rather than a cancellation scale.

Rebooking instead of cancelling

If your dates are simply shifting, talk to us before you cancel. Where capacity allows, rebooking is usually possible at no extra cost – any price difference for the new period is settled between us.

Shortening your stay

If you leave earlier than booked, the agreed price for the booked period remains payable in principle. If we are able to let the apartment to someone else, we refund the corresponding share.

Cancellation by us

We only cancel when we have to – for instance after water damage or a failure we cannot prevent. In that case we refund any amounts already paid in full and help you find an equivalent alternative wherever we can.

How do I cancel?

Informally by email to colin@vistaro-living.de or by phone on +49 176 44503334, quoting your booking number. You will receive written confirmation stating the resulting amount.

Refunds

Refunds are made by the same means used for payment, as a rule within 14 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.

These terms are provided in several languages. The translations are offered solely to aid understanding. Only the German version is authoritative; in the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the German version prevails.
