The location makes it especially convenient: parking spots are almost always available near the building, the bus and train stop is right in front of the house, and you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by train. 🚌 Public Transport

The nearest bus stop „Gliesmaroder Straße" is about a 5-minute walk away. Multiple lines run regularly from here, including M19, M29, 416, 419, 429, 436 and 443, connecting you to all major parts of the city.

By tram, you can travel just as quickly:

• Line 3 from Bahnhof Gliesmarode takes you to the city center in just a few minutes
• Bahnhof Gliesmarode (approx. 8 min walk) also offers regional train connections (RB47)

🚆 Arriving by Train

From Braunschweig Main Station (Hauptbahnhof), bus line 419 goes directly to the „Gliesmaroder Straße" stop – the ride takes about 15 minutes.

Tickets are available at vending machines at every stop or via the free „VRB Fahrinfo" app (iOS and Android). The Deutschland-Ticket is also valid.

• From Hannover or Berlin: A2 → Braunschweig-Nord interchange → A391 → exit Hamburger Straße
• Parking is available on Gliesmaroder Straße and in the surrounding side streets

🚴 By Bike

Braunschweig is a very bike-friendly city. Public rental bikes can be found at several stations nearby.

The apartment is located in the Östliches Ringgebiet, one of Braunschweig's most popular residential neighborhoods – green, quiet and yet very central. Right around the corner you'll find small cafés, bakeries, supermarkets and cozy restaurants for everyday needs or a relaxed evening.

The Eintracht Stadium is just a few minutes' walk away. The Prinz-Albrecht-Park and Bürgerpark are also right nearby – perfect for relaxing walks or a jogging round in the green.

Braunschweig's city center with Burgplatz, Schloss-Arkaden shopping mall, Magniviertel and Altstadtmarkt is easily reachable in about 15–20 minutes on foot or 5–10 minutes by public transport.

For business travelers, the location is ideal as well: TU Braunschweig (Technical University) and VW Financial Services are only a few minutes away.
